I believe you are familiar with PCB surface treatment technology .But what are the advantages and disadvantages of these processs compared with each other ?
Advantages:low cost,smooth furface ,good weldability (before oxidation)
Disadvantages:easy to be affected by acid and humidity ,and couldn’t keep for a long time,after opening the seal ,it needs to be used up within 2 hours ,because copper is easy to oxidize when exposed to the air.
Advantages:better wetting,the price is lower,and the welding performance is good .
Disadvantages:it is easy to cause the soder bead,and short-circuit in fine pitch .
Advantages:not easy to oxidize ,and can be stored for a long time ,the surface is smooth.
Disadvantages:high cost,the poor welding,but it is easy to appear to back lead problem .
Advantages:with all the advantage of bare copper.
Disadvantages:easy to be affected by acid and humidity.
