The reason and solve for PCB films deformation
The reason :
(1) The temperature and humidity is out of control .
(2) The exposure machine’s temperature is very high .
The solve ways ,
(1) In general ,the temperature should be controlled under 22±2℃,and humidity should be controlled under 55%±5%RH
(2) Using the clod light or the exposure machine with cooling installation ,and change the films continually .
In addition ,we have 6 methods to correct the films deformation as below ,
Change the hole position ,Hang up ,Splicing ,Pad overlap ,Mapping,and Photographic.
