The US based pcb manufacturer DDi Corp.  officials said today that its stockholders approved the adoption of thepreviously-announced $282 million mergeragreement with St. Louis-based circuit board maker Viasystems Group Inc.   (Nasdaq: VIAS). The merger is expected to close next week, at which time DDi will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Viasystems.
